After the Revolution from 1989, the Romanian legal system diversified a lot; unfortunately, diversity doesn't always mean harmony, and in practice it was proven that a few people can understand the jungle of laws.
Many people needed to know and decipher legal provisions, but suffered the frustration of not having anybody to ask. You can't rush into the office of a judge to ask him how he would have judged a matter; also you can't ask a notary about a criminal trial a.s.o. All these specialists have a predetermined role and they shall give you the same answer:
GO TO A LAWYER!
We could compare Law with Medicine, and lawyers to doctors. It often happens that people minimalise the social importance of these specialists and get to use their services when it's too late. People have the tendency to believe that all problems can be solved through their own efforts; some take decisions by themselves what drugs to take, others what legal way to proceed on. Sometimes it works, but often it doesn't and the consequences will be tragical. That's why I recommend a preventive behaviour when you have to make critical decisions in life and consult a lawyer before is too late. NEMO CENSETUR IGNORARE LEGEM! Nobody can pretend not knowing the law.
I invite you to go through the areas of activity in which I can offer you support. Feel free to write or call me even if you are not from Bucharest; a good piece of advice at the right moment means saving a lot of time, money and energy later.
